Be aware @EarthLink Be aware these people are not fast to install your service I was charge $40 on Wednesday and I have to wait until July 6 to get my service

The last few weeks, my @earthlink webmail session won't retrieve mail except for a browser refresh. In last 2 days, my webmail session abruptly terminates, erases draft & forces a re-login. *Nothing* has changed in my config. Guys, if webmail can't do mail, it's worth $0.

Dear @EarthLink I've been a customer for 25 years, one of your first. My email was hacked and your tech help very polite reading a script locked me out of my account, they say I don't exist now and there is an hour wait. I will delete this when you DM me. Until then. YOU SUCK

@EarthLink @Indydistro On hold for 45+minutes by Nadia & forgotten, I just got off the phone with Tyler who DID get my email to work. He signed off. I logged back on and it doesn't work like it used to, it takes FOREVER now to allow me to create a reply. Both agents were nice but problem still lingers.
