The Dutchman started his career playing for Heerenveen in his home country before moving to the Bundesliga with FSV Mainz 05 and then completing a move to top Portuguese side Sporting CP for €9.50m in 2022.

Dealing with a shoulder injury for the majority of last season, St. Juste only got the chance to play nine times for FSV Mainz 05 in all competitions. He still managed to score one goal in the 48th minute against VFL Bochum.
